Noom is designed to boost healthy behavior and with time you can lose weight. The Noom diet is still too trendy.
Noom describes as a program to “help you to improve live a healthier life by helping you create better habits,” and the app is designed to be your personal weight loss coach.

2- Noom addresses social eating and allows you to do things like plan ahead for events—like a party, holiday, or vacation.

For me, I like that Noom’s focus goes way beyond calories and food, and the app’s virtual approach was convenient while also providing a feeling of connectedness to a real program and coach.
although while the app provides support, the user ultimately has to make his or her own eating and exercise decisions.
So this app might very well wind up like a virtual version of a spontaneously ordered treadmill that soon becomes nothing more than an expensive clothes hanger.
In other words, while Noom may not be a fit for all, you really do need to be motivated and engaged in order to benefit. That means how much weight you can lose, and how fast you lose it are really determined by you. An app is simply a tool.
