5. Brown Rice:

Remember to choose nutritious foods with lower phosphorus like buckwheat, Bulgur, and pearled barley.

6. Bananas:

Bananas are high potassium content and the naturally bananas are low in sodium.

Unfortunately, the other tropical fruits have high amounts of potassium so it is difficult to keep your daily potassium intake to 2,000 mg if one of the tropical fruits is a daily staple.
